About me

I am an organization and management researcher at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena.

My research interests include organizations, societal issues, and digital technologies. Specifically, I use institutional theories as well as interpretive and attention-based approaches to examine how organizations are shaped by, and shape, contemporary developments such as digital transformation and novel technologies. I study these phenomena and processes by using text analysis tools and big data (see publications).

In my free time, I like to spend time with analog and digital photography (see portfolio).
